The Alumni Association is proud to be part of the 2013 Alumni Weekend and LACHSA LIVE! events May 17-10, 2013.  In conjunction with the Arts high Foundation and our alma mater, LACHSA, this will be a great weekend showcasing the creative, innovative, and powerful expressions that are our history and legacy. Reunion coming to you on Saturday, August 25th at the Federal Bar in North Hollywood! We've rented the entire upstairs floor and speakeasy and have included food and drinks for everyone between 6:30pm-8:30pm. So your ticket price includes tapas and wine/beer. This place is amazing.

Get Involved with your Alma Mater!

The alumni association is seeking alums interested in getting involved and giving back to their alma mater. The Alumni Association has several opportunities for alums to get involved. Here are a few ways:

  • Join the ALUMNI @ LACHSA Team. This group of alumni volunteers frequently visit campus to engage with LACHSA Students by distributing snacks during student finals, passing out special gifts to graduating seniors during the annual Valentine's Day event, attending school-wide events and graduation. This is perfect for the alum who has time to give back by coming to campus during the school day for these special events. Minimal time commitment, but is great for reconnecting and sharing with current students. If interested please fill out the form below.
  • Join a Committee or become a Board Member! The LACHSA Alumni Association Board of Directors is currently looking for Alums to fill the following positions:

1. Fundraising Committee
We are looking for a 3-4 volunteers to be apart of the Fundraising Committee. The fundraising committee's sole responsibility is to work with the VP of Fundraising on creating, managing and executing fundraising and membership initiatives and events to support the Alumni Association's programs and scholarship fund .If interested please fill out the form below.

 2. Scholarship Committee
We are looking for 6-8 volunteers to join our scholarship committee. The scholarship committee reviews and selects the scholarship recipients for the annual scholarships presented to graduating seniors, current students and alumni each June. The committee will begin its meetings via conference call in Spring 2012 and the process will culminate in Late May. A maximum of 2-3 conference calls will occur and an overall time commitment of about 5-6 hours. If interested in joining the committee, please fill out the form below. Open Positions on the Board of Directors:

SECRETARY- The Secretary is responsible for recording and maintaining monthly minutes, as well as preparing the meeting agendas, sending out monthly meeting notices, updating the membership records and serving as the official records keeper for the organization.
