Principle dancer for Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, NYC, described by a New York Times critic as, "the finest dancer of our times". Matthew was a Presidential Scholar and was the recipient of the Spotlight Award. He has performed all around the world in places such as France, Russia, Canada and Hungary. Matthew also performed for former president Bill Clinton’s inaugural presidential celebration. In 2003, Matthew performed at The White House State Dinner in honor of the President of Kenya, Mwai Kibaki.

Gwhyneth has performed all over the world and been featured soloist with the National Symphony Orchestra of Taiwan. Her CD Stravinsky - Petrouchka; Scriabin - Fantasy was released in 1999. Gwhyneth has collaborated with many well known artists including Vladmir Fedoseyev and the Moscow Radio Symphony for a tour throughout North America and Mexico.

Award winning singer. According to jazz legend Herbie Hancock, "The first thing you notice about Gretchen Parlatto is that she’s a singer with a deep, almost magical connection to the music." Gretchen has performed at the John Cage Retrospective at MOCA, the Ojai Music Festival, the Umbria Jazz Festival, the Taos Jazz and Latin Festival, and the concert for UNESCO in Paris, with Herbie Hancock, and at celebrated New York City jazz venues such as the Blue Note, Sweet Rhythm, 55 Bar, and the Jazz Gallery. She has provided vocals for the soundtrack to the 2004 film Seeing Other People starring Jay Mohr and Walt Disney’s A World of Happiness, which also featured such artists as Lou Rawls, Gary Oldman, Deborah Harry, and Isaac Hayes.

She has written such plays as "Simply Maria, Or the American Dream," "Confessions of Women From East L.A." and "Real Women Have Curves." She is the co-screenwriter of the movie version of "Real Women Have Curves," which garnered much acclaim, including at the 2002 Sundance Film Festival where the film won the "Audience Award" and a "Special Jury Award for Acting." She also wrote and directed the short film titled Baby Book (2005).
